System Engineering
Information streams are becoming larger and more complex. It is therefore important that data is exchanged as efficiently as possible. System engineering offers tools that can be used for linking dynamic requirement schedules to spatial drawings and a BIM environment. This results in easier control, sharing, and assessment of data flows.
We use new technologies in a responsible manner, successfully linking them in a way that allows design processes to proceed more quickly and more accurately. This method of working, involving the integration of visualisation, prototyping and project management, results in freedom and quality of the final product. Existing knowledge within Dam & Partners means these processes do not have to be outsourced; as they are carried out internally, they can be optimised.
Dam & Partners Architecten have extensive experience in building for the Dutch central government (including the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation), Design and Build contract forms (including the European Patent Office), and Design Build Maintain and Operate contract forms (Public Private Participation Rijkskantoor de Knoop; PPP Court of Amsterdam). Our experience of designing within Corporate Design Standards, such as at Shell Downstream, and the requirements associated with this (e.g. in relation to safety) is also of distinct value.
