The zoning plan for the former LOI site has been unanimously adopted by the Leiderdorp municipal council.

Together with the Gemeente Leiderdorp, developer GETGRIPP B.V. and owner Abydos, we are shaping a sustainable and future-oriented development on this prominent location.

The Leiderdorp municipal council adopted the zoning plan for the redevelopment of the LOI site on July 7, 2025, paving the way for a mixed residential and commercial area with up to 300 homes and approximately 3,400 m² of mixed-use space and amenities.

We look forward to the next phase and are excited to continue working on developing this vibrant mixed environment along the river Zijl.
