We’re excited to see Amstelvista’s construction begin – a striking landmark with a 75-metre-high residential tower, serving as the backbone for two glass office buildings along the river banks. The design takes full advantage of its prime riverside location, offering panoramic views of the Amstel river and beyond.

The tallest tower will accommodate social, mid-level, and free sector rental units. Its light two-tone gray natural stone façade will give it a monolithic, sculptural look. The entrance, at the corner of Ringdijk and Rocketstraat, will activate the streetscape, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.

Meanwhile, at the crossroads of Mr. Treubelaan and Weesperzijde, construction of the double-layered parking garage is progressing rapidly.
