How we support young talent: lecture & workshop TU Delft

Workshop 03/04/2024

Being an architect is something you really only learn by gaining practical experience. That is why Haakon Brouwer gave a lecture and together with the team hosted a workshop at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, TU Delft.

Students from our partner D.B.S.G. Stylos learnt about using hybrid materials for sustainable builds:

By combining mass timber with steel, concrete, clay and timber, you create the foundation for sustainable material use. We followed this up with a wonderful (and yes rainy) workshop on building timber frame details 1-on-1!

We always enjoy supporting young talent through our partnerships with universities. By bridging the theoretical side of architecture with practical workshops, students can experience the impact of the work that they’re doing. This also gives thema  more hands-on insjight into their potential future careers in architecture.

Are you a student and also want to gain work experience in architecture? Keep an eye on our vacancy page for upcoming internship openings.
