The distinctive features of the surrounding dune landscape were strongly determining factors for the design of this residence of sand coloured stone and white stucco. The elevated location creates a splendid view of the dunes and the sea from its first floor and from its roof garden, which is sunken into the construction of the slate roof. The access to the roof garden is visible from the main entrance, which is situated on the longitudinal axis along which the house is symmetrically built.
