For the former location of the Meerbad swimming pool on the banks of the Abcoude Lake, Dam & Partners Architecten designed an ensemble of six residential buildings. The residential blocks are arranged to create maximum spaciousness and transparency between the buildings and to make them a natural part of the scenery. Large chimneys and slightly slanting yet heavily protruding roofs give the buildings their distinct character.
