Next to the Le Garage restaurant (1990), Dam & Partners Architecten designed a bar space where guests can stand or sit and enjoy small exotic dishes. The bar is in the middle of the narrow space on the left, anchored to the room by means of two stainless steel columns. The red hue of the ceiling and the velvet walls continues in the chairs and the plush couches along the wall. The columns, the freestanding stainless steel cooker, the mirrors and other gleaming bar details contrast with the warm red of the space and reverberate light and colour.
