Partnership starts in the initiation phase of a project, when we bring together various parties and stakeholders and help our client redefine and increase their ambitions for the project. Composing a design team based on the added value that each party contributes to the project, also falls under partnership. Over the years, we acted as coordinating architect in many complex developments leading extensive project teams. Therefore, we have the necessary knowledge and experience in house to advise on many different aspects of the project.
We consider it our mission and duty to guide our clients throughout every stage of the development process. Therefore, we want to be involved during the entire scope of the project and take our responsibility in every phase of the design process. When we are involved from concept to completion, we have the opportunity to better serve our clients by collaborating with the contractor to find the best solutions for any issues that may arise during construction. From our experience we learned that this way of working improves the overall quality of the finished project.
